Know what’s in stock, what’s spoken for, and what’s on its way.

BrandKit ties your blanks to the jobs they’re for. Reserve stock against a job, order only the shortfall, move it between locations and decorators, and ship it to as many destinations as the job needs, all from one record.

The cost of guessing

Stock you can’t see is stock you pay for twice.

Merch stock is spread across shelves, suppliers’ trucks and your decorators’ floors. Without one record, every answer is a guess.

01

Buying the same blanks twice

Two people order hoodies for one job, or you buy a round 200 when you were 40 short. The cash sits on a shelf until next season.

02

Selling what’s spoken for

Stock promised to one job gets quoted to another, and nobody finds out until the blanks are short on the day.

03

The decorator black hole

Garments go to the embroiderer and the trail goes cold. How many went, how many came back, and where are the rest?

How it runs

From shortfall to doorstep.

Five steps on one record. Pick a step to see what BrandKit tracks.

Order only what’s missing.

When a job is won, BrandKit compares what it needs with what you hold and what’s already on its way, and drafts supplier purchase orders for the shortfall. Not a round-number guess.

The numbers

Five numbers, and what each one means.

Every product variant carries them, in every location, so “do we have it?” has one honest answer.

On hand

On the shelf

Physical stock in a location, including anything already spoken for.

Reserved

Spoken for

Locked to open jobs. Nobody else can claim it.

Incoming

On its way

On open supplier purchase orders or transfers, not yet arrived.

In transit

Between places

Moving between your locations, or out to a decorator.

Available

Yours to sell

On hand, less reserved and less unavailable. The number to quote against.

Damaged goods, display pieces and safety stock can be marked unavailable, and are taken off too.

What it does

Built for how merch stock really moves.

Every place stock lives

Warehouses, branches and decorator partners are all stock locations, each with its own on-hand, reserved and incoming.

Reserve with a wizard

Smart hold finds the gap across every line of a job, checks availability, suggests the best location and applies the holds in one go.

Shortfall-only purchase orders

POs are drafted per supplier for what’s missing, with duplicates on other drafts and stock already inbound on open POs checked first.

Deliveries you can chase

A deliveries board for what’s expected today, overdue or partly received. Confirm what actually arrived and stock moves from incoming to on hand.

Transfers with an audit trail

Draft, ready to ship, in transit, partly received, received. Every move between locations is recorded, so stock is never “somewhere”.

Dispatch to many destinations

Split a job across addresses with its own quantities, courier, tracking and freight cost, and choose whether freight is billable to the client.

Compared with how it’s done now

The spreadsheet, the inbox and the phone call, replaced.

Connected to production

Production-ready means the stock is there.

The supply gate in every job’s readiness check reads this inventory. If blanks are short, or a direct-supply order hasn’t landed, the job says so before it reaches the floor, not after the machine is set up.

With Nexus

Purchase orders, drafted from the shortfall.

Nexus checks what a job needs against what you hold, drafts purchase orders to blank suppliers and decorators, and repairs missing supplier links on a job. Every order waits for your approval before it goes anywhere.

Which plans include inventory?

Inventory, including reservations, transfers and stock by location, is included in Growth and Custom. Jobs, purchase orders and artwork are part of Starter too, so you can begin there and add inventory when you’re ready.

Is a supplier’s stock in my catalogue the same as my inventory?

No. Supplier stock and pricing in your catalogue show what a supplier has, refreshed at least every 24 hours for fully managed suppliers. Your inventory is the stock you hold yourself, in your own locations and at your decorators.

Can I track garments that are at my decorator?

Yes. A decorator can be set up as a stock location, so you can see what you’ve sent them, what’s waiting to be decorated and what has been returned.

What does reserving stock actually do?

It takes that stock out of what’s available, immediately, so another job can’t claim it. Dispatching the job deducts the stock, and releasing a reservation puts it back.

What if a supplier delivery arrives short?

Receive the quantities that actually arrived. A purchase order can be partly received, and the rest stays expected on the deliveries board until it lands.

Can one job ship to several addresses?

Yes. Create a destination for each address, split the quantities between them, and dispatch each shipment with its own courier and tracking.

Can I bring in my current stock levels?

Yes. Import your stock from a CSV, and export the current state of your inventory at any time. You can also select items that are running low and carry them straight into a new purchase order or transfer.

Does Nexus order stock without asking?

No. Nexus drafts purchase orders from a job’s shortfall for you to review. Nothing goes to a supplier until a person approves it.

Know what you have before you promise it.

Reserve stock against your next job, order only what’s missing, and see where every garment is.
