Opportunity in your customer accounts

Good relationships deserve
more than a reminder.

Remembering to follow up is one thing. Knowing who needs you, what changed and what they bought last time makes the conversation useful.

Be there for the next order.

See when a customer is approaching their usual reorder window, while there’s still time for a useful conversation.

Notice the change behind the silence.

Spot slowing order frequency or declining spend against that customer’s own history, rather than one rule for everyone.

Give every account a next step.

See who owns the relationship, what is waiting and what to review next, without relying on one person’s memory.

Context changes the answer

Quiet doesn’t mean
the same thing.

A regular customer who stops ordering and a school that buys once a year can look identical in a contact list. Their history tells a different story.

BrandKit compares what happened with what is normal for that relationship. Seasonal and irregular buyers don’t have to fit a monthly follow-up rule.

with the full story.

Customer history, your expectations and your team’s decisions work together. Nexus helps you ask, understand and prepare.

Your judgement belongs in the loop

You know the customer.
BrandKit remembers the decision.

Not every signal needs an email. Snooze it, schedule a follow-up or mark it as normal. The reason stays with the relationship.

  • See the records behind a recommendation.
  • Adjust expectations for different kinds of customers.
  • Recognise limited history instead of inventing a pattern.
  • Review outreach before it reaches a customer.

Bring the history.
We’ll help connect the dots.

Start alongside your current workflow. Bring your customer records into BrandKit, connect the history you have, and set expectations for the accounts you manage.

  1. 01
    Bring your customers

Import contacts and plan which commercial history to bring across.

  2. 02
    Define what normal looks like

Use learned patterns where history supports them, and strategies where it doesn’t.

  3. 03
    Review the next opportunities

Ask Nexus, inspect the evidence and prepare the next conversation.

Starter supports basic Nexus drafting. Growth adds advanced relationship queries and Agent eligibility. Follow-up workflows also require workspace enablement, rules, permissions and a connected mailbox. Compare plans →

Customer growth,
explained.

Talk through your customer accounts
How does BrandKit know when a customer needs attention?

It compares recorded history with the customer’s own buying rhythm or an assigned relationship strategy. Signals show the evidence, the expectation and what changed. A long gap is not automatically treated as a problem.

What if a customer buys seasonally or irregularly?

Relationship strategies let you describe seasonal, project-based and irregular buying. BrandKit can distinguish expected quiet from an unusual slowdown. You can also mark a signal as normal, snooze it or dismiss it with a recorded reason.

What happens when there is not enough history?

BrandKit makes limited history clear. It can use your assigned strategy and fallback expectations, but it does not present a learned buying pattern when the evidence is missing.

Will a customer receive an email automatically?

The Accounts workflow opens the email composer so your team can prepare and review outreach. The Follow-up Agent prepares drafts for review; this is not an automatic nurture sequence. Nothing in this demonstration sends email or changes a live account.

Can we use this alongside our current production system?

You can start with BrandKit’s CRM, quoting and Nexus alongside your existing production workflow. Intelligence uses history available in BrandKit; contact import alone does not bring in every historical order or record from another system. We can help plan what to bring across.

Which plan and setup do we need?

Starter supports basic Nexus check-in drafting. Advanced Nexus relationship and opportunity queries require Growth or Enterprise. Follow-up Agent workflows also require workspace enablement and the relevant rules, permissions and connected mailbox. We’ll help confirm the workflow available to your team.
