Do I need an online store or ecommerce platform?
No. The quote builder embeds in the website you already have with one snippet. There are no prices to maintain, no checkout and no online payments. Customers build a shortlist and send it to you as a quote request.
Do customers see my prices?
No. The catalogue is for discovery. Customers choose products, colours, sizes and quantities, and your team prices the request with decoration, quantity and margin in mind.
Which products appear on my website?
Only the products you publish. Choose them from your BrandKit catalogue, including synced supplier ranges and your own products, group them into collections, and set the order collections and product types appear in. Products without a working image can be hidden automatically.
What happens when someone requests a quote?
BrandKit creates a lead in the pipeline and stage you choose, assigns it to a specific person or shares it across your sales team, and emails your team. The lead lists every product, SKU, colour, size and quantity, with the delivery date, deadline and any artwork attached. From there, New Quote starts a quote linked to the lead.
Can it match my website’s branding?
Yes. Set your logo, brand colour, fonts, button style, corner radius, layout and image ratio, or start from the Modern, Corporate, Retail or Minimal presets, and preview it live before you publish.
How is this different from a client portal?
The quote builder is public: anyone visiting your website can browse and request a quote, so it works as a lead source. A client portal is a private, login-based store for one client’s staff, with approvals, budgets and ordering. Many distributors run both.
