Production is held until the artwork is approved.
A board tells you where the job is. BrandKit also tells you what it needs, who owns the next step, and which instructions the floor should follow.

Group compatible decoration lines into production runs. Operators see the artwork, specification and garment totals, with controls to start and complete each run.
Assign jobs to your team, search the work, and switch between Board, List and Pipeline. See what needs attention without opening every order.
Connect purchase orders, received goods and stock allocation to production readiness. Keep purchasing and the floor working from the same record.
Split deliveries across destinations and quantities. Keep courier details, shipment progress and tracking on the job, with dispatch linked to stock movements.
Carry the order into production with its products, decoration details and delivery information. Keep quoting, artwork, purchasing and accounts connected.
Missing sign-off, short stock or an unpaid deposit should be visible before the machine is set up. Each gate gives your team a clear reason and a next action.
The required proof and production specification must be approved. Missing artwork and unapproved specifications stop the affected run.
Approval before productionCheck the garments, size quantities and required stock. Surface what still needs to be ordered, received or allocated.
Blanks before the setupChoose whether a deposit is required before production. With that policy enabled, an unissued or unpaid deposit blocks readiness.
Your deposit policySee missing addresses and delivery dates early. These are attention items for scheduling and dispatch, rather than hard production blockers.
Visible downstream warningsStrict where it matters. Clear when you make an exception. Recorded overrides retain the reason for proceeding with risk. They do not silently approve a production specification or release a hold.
With Production Versions enabled, an extra size, a new placement or a revised name list goes through a controlled change workflow before the instructions on the floor are updated.

Give each decoration setup a digital work ticket with the approved artwork, placements and totals. Keep garment quantities and size breakdowns close to the work.
Start and complete production runs from the job. For work that requires artwork, missing files and unapproved specifications block the run. Applicable production holds also block it.

Resolve proof, supply and deposit requirements. Publish the approved production instructions.
Give the floor its work tickets. Track the runs, owners and job stages as the work moves.
Ship the right quantities to each destination, with tracking and inventory following the shipment.
Nexus uses job readiness evidence to surface artwork blockers, supply issues and production bottlenecks. Follow-up drafts and handoff actions work within your permissions and configured automation policies.
Yes. Jobs carry garment size breakdowns, decoration methods and placements, artwork approvals and production runs. It supports workflows such as screen printing and embroidery, including jobs with several products and decoration setups.
On configured production stages, readiness checks identify blocking artwork, supply, quantity and deposit requirements. Production runs also check for missing artwork, unapproved specifications, zero quantities and applicable holds. Deposit requirements follow your workspace policy. Logistics warnings stay visible without being presented as hard production blockers.
They protect different handoffs. Moving a job into production checks overall readiness and can require an acknowledged override. Starting or completing a decoration run checks its artwork, specification, quantities and applicable holds; it does not repeat the complete stock and payment readiness check. Use job readiness to resolve those requirements before releasing the work.
The system supports recorded risk overrides with a reason, so an exception stays visible on the job. An override is not the same as an approved production specification: run-level approval and hold controls still apply.
When Production Versions is enabled for your workspace, production changes are proposed and reviewed before a new production version is published. Earlier versions remain in the history. Review permissions can follow the assigned job owner or your team approval policy, and production holds can pause the job or affected lines.
Yes. Production runs group compatible decoration work, while a job can have several delivery destinations with their own quantities and shipments. The job connects the production details to dispatch and tracking.
No. Production, artwork proofing, live inventory and Nexus automation follow your plan entitlements. Production Versions and its hold controls also need to be enabled for your workspace. Book a demo to confirm the plan and setup that cover your shop’s workflow.
